In the galaxy map it looks like there clouds, and source is often don't cartoony color that could be argued to be a nebula in the background, also you can see cloud like lights in the sky at night that could be called nebulas, but if you mean flying through a large cloud in space not that I've seen.

You'll need glyphs unlocked to use portals, and the story gives them to you for free.

This is what my 1,000 (1,000,000 capacity) supply depot and 45 mineral extractor setup looks like. VERY inefficient compared to two bases but glorious nonetheless. It can't even render the batteries and solar panels in the same scene and its only like 35% of the supply depots.

That planet not only had awesome slopes, but lots of wide cave-tunnels, able to fit my ship inside (even fly, but my flight is modded). Somewhere in deep recesses tunnels turned to underground rivers.

I have no idea when these things were added. I played long enough to see tubes, cuboid tubes, cuboids, cylinders, cones and toroids without holes.
Also, light effect is borked? The sun in that system is extremely bright, but it doesn't screw up anything else, and I sometimes see such effect in system here and there. Either a feature, or I need to see if that's Exosolar Stratos interference.
Edit: I only had Abyss and Expanse installed, no Stratos, and turning off Expanse removed that sun glare. A bug, but it's rare and gives some interesting looks.
