This floating island kind of thing I found is pretty cool, but it ended up being more boring then I initially thought. The scan said it had high flora and fauna, but there's just nothing but minerals--the floating rocks.
I saw one thing that looked like a firefly swarm and that was it, as far as fauna goes.

I'd try to find out whether those things are there to begin with, so a) you know whether you're actually making any difference at all, and b) can put it back again if it doesn't help and/or causes some other kind of problem.

Some people's windows (apparently mine lol) are using old timers
So those commands delete the timers and on restart I'm assuming windows generates the new timers
I'm not super sure. All I know is I havent been able to play since beyond came out and this is the only fix that worked

There are reports from over 10 people and counting on steam forums that this has fixed poor fps, stuttering, invisible textures, infinite load screens. Yeah this fix should be right up there with updating drivers and other general suggestions.

it's a 33 slot Class B hauler. Haulers are kinda meh. I mean, it's a massive upgrade over the noob ship, but haulers have very little going for them compared to fighters and explorers

@twilit goblet The rank is A, 25000v/m I have one cable to a Cuboid room, and the rest of my base is either connected to that cuboid room, or i have a wire closing that short distance. The furthest i've been able to succesfully send the power is around 200u even with battery relays and extra bases.

And actually I think I experienced what you’re experiencing as well. I had my base 300u away from a mineral hotspot and ran power that distance and it wouldn’t acknowledge that it was powered
So instead I ran like you just said, segmented power lines and I made it like real life, used 3 pipes to make a mini tower and used it as power line

You have to build backwards from your base to the power station, dropping batteries every 200u or so. It only recognizes and powers structures that are a part of your "base computer" so as long as your building off of that one "base computer" you can extend it using other structures

Thanks! Really wanted to have somewhat separate areas for things, the cuboid on the left is for farming, and powered building stuff. The vault in between is exactly that, as well as power production, and the modern home on the right is for other shenanigans, refining and whatnot
