Yes that is correct Murray, according to a report from a traveler a small gek is giving directions to a Portal... I didn't believe him at first, but he said it is true, so there you have it I guess these portals just let you travel

It is quite interesting, and so far there have been no reports of this going bad, at least those who possibly got stuck in these portals haven't been able to confirm with us that they are lost in the void, for some reason they won't respond to our questions

im not worried about the slots especially for one that'll be mainly used for combat. i have a hauler which is somewhat decked out as a fighter cos it takes down sentinels easily and higher amount of slots. but this S class fighter ohhh man... lord knows what im gonna do with this
