Okay, those are some very specific requirements but a paradise planet is a lush biome. You will have a better chance of finding more lush biomes in lush galaxies like Eissentam. Euclid hosts a log of lush biome as well, but grass type per lush biome, per region is limited and there are many sub-biomes in lush biome.

Keep changing region (400+ ly jump in any direction from your current location), eventually you will find a planet of your liking.
