Well fellas I did it. My dedicated ass decided to figure out the memory issues with the Arduino Uno. I'm still planning to do a full migration to the ESP32 but I thought that this platform can be compatible between the two microcontrollers. So I decided to fully work on memory. And guess what! I brought it down from 84% RAM to 63.3% RAM😎

I think I can definitely reduce it more, I made some changes for when it comes to displaying different screens. Instead of all the screens being stored in memory, they will be dynamically called when the user is wanting to be on a specific screen.

Now I can focus my time on the compass feature, and then finally the radio😎

What I'm learning is that the Arduino Uno is a great way for me to figure out how to properly do memory management for this project. Because when it comes to migrating to the ESP32 the memory usage will be less.

However in certain circumstances it may appear as that's not the case.

It's hard to pick a favourite aircraft honestly, I have a soft spot for the F-14 and its variants, the F-35 for sheer technological prowess and innovation, and yes the F-35B when it works properly, the F/A-18E Super Hornet and the F-22 Raptor. Bombers ofc I love the B-2 Spirit, but the Stratofortress is awesome too. And when it comes to Sukhoi, the Flanker family yes yes yes, and ofc Berkut who has my absolute favourite airframe in existence when it comes to pure aesthetic appeal. What they were trying to achieve with it made sense too, but it's just sad that forward swept wings require such heavy maintenence and care that we don't exactly have the materials and for.
