that's not how spoofing works. Spoofing is where you forge the ID that gets sent with your message, but if the receiver responds it'll go to the actual owner of that ID. If you want to bypass text 2fa, you'll need to hijack the phone number which can be done two ways:

1. hack into their phone. You'll need to find which exact router or cell tower they're connected to just to obtain their IP
2. Hack into their cell service provider. You'll probably be dealing with a big corporation that has a powerful firewall. The only method for breaking such firewall with a viable success rate is if you know a vulnerability within the system, that'll take ages to find, even if you're a huge tech nerd
   I'm a massive nerd when it comes to computer science yet my expertise doesn't extend far enough to pull this off
