at currently heavy-check lock all worktree, in my mac, i can't parallel work with worktree

i know crabbox can do it.

but contributors don't have permission like me.

so i want add OPENCLAW_HEAVY_CHECK_LOCK_SCOPE=worktree , don't change the deafult, by give a choose for contributors
