yeah but it should be easy to fix this. that's why I'm asking you. what version are you on, and what do you mean by "doesn't work" . i.e. how are you switching and communicating with it, and what error message do you get?

Firstly I'd recommend updating to 5.4 anyway it's packed with fixes and back to the "hands-free" install with existing plugins. Then I would ask your working bot to help you with the model issue. If you have one.
