I have something similar, I created a command center with a task management cli for them to use, and the PM coordinates the tasks, sometimes I have to tweak their prompts because they are not following the correct flow, before the change from opus to gpt it was working like a charm, nowadays it's working more or less, still fixing some flows, but basically the PM is responsible for any follow up tasks and he creates them
