Yes. If you're on X, follow Oliver Henry and grab his Larry skill. You'd probably need to modify it a little, but other than that, it should work if you're trying to automate posting to different social media accounts.

I have one that's a little intricate, but it generates images (slideshows) for my app and overlays text, plans, all that stuff. Then it pushes to different social media sites using Postiz. But Oliver's plan is a better start because you can really make modifications to it and have you do what you want it to.
