i was getting really annoying non LLM contention slowing down sessions/agents blocking each other on the session folder i think. and i had one on a mini and one on a big workstation. so did a hive skill/mqtt comms setup and sync their memory but run them as individuals in a hive lol .. at this stage mostly i just like to see the token burn and who is working on what,, that and telegram topics to separate seems to do the job. (can't pin agents to telelgram topics yet)

the better design is probably to either "fatten up" the nodes to do more, and to get stuck into the unnecessary blocking in core and get it fixed. but i didn't have to wait for upstream changes to cluster them.
