here's a memory tool I vibe coded that uses Weaviate (although it supports ChromaDB): https://github.com/coolrazor007/VibeMem
What I like about it is that it scope's memories to global or project. So that vibe coding in one repo will save memories and vibe coding in another repo will save memories but separate them via "scope". Like what is a global memory versus project specific.
