Invites go out in batches, not instantly — so “yesterday” can easily land between rounds. Also, Apple/TestFlight emails are sometimes delayed (or go to spam/promotions).

A couple quick checks:

• Check spam/junk/promotions for the TestFlight invite
• Make sure the device is signed into the same Apple ID you submitted
• Open TestFlight and pull-to-refresh (sometimes it shows up there once the invite is accepted)
