If it’s been 48h+ and you still don’t see anything in TestFlight → Apps, it typically means you haven’t been picked up in the latest batch (not something wrong on your phone).

Couple quick checks:

• In TestFlight → Settings, make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID you posted.
• The invite may show up in-app even if the email is delayed.
