#2026.1.30 Upgrade - Slow Messages

Was on 2026.1.24-3 and upgraded to 2026.1.30 (latest) and now my Openclaw is super slow to respond. It now takes 20-30 seconds to respond to each message. Cleaned up some errors in the console follow but other than that I'm puzzled. Tried switching models, etc. Out of ideas PepeHands

Same experience. Lighting fast at first, upgraded each time and now I am on 2026.2.1 and all since the 2026.1.24 have been slow. It even persists through uninstall and reinstall no matter the LLM model.

I seem to have a solution? Using the slash commands (I was just looking around) and selected /elevated ask -- then I decided I wanted to see the bots process and set to /elevated on -- Currently the bot is now responding as it did when I first installed.

Is ThinkActive enabled? You can try using /think off disable it.

I resolved my spoeed issue with 2026.1.30. My issue was caused by a build op of old session files that stayed in sessions.json, but were old and should have been cleared out. Once I cleared them out of sessions.json and moved them to an archive folder, and restarted the gateway... I went back to full speed.
