I’m on MacOS & no matter what I do, I can’t get a response from the bot.

I complete the entire on-boarding, everything is connected (I’m using OpenAI-gpt-chat-latest).

All status are working and healthy. However, when I hatch - the bot will not respond. I get the following code:

(no output)
connected | idle
agent main | session main (clawdbot-tui) | openai-gpt-chat-latest | tokens 0/128k (0%)

Let me help you troubleshoot this! First, I need to ask:

What version are you running? Run:

moltbot --version

Version mismatch is the #1 cause of weird issues.

In the meantime, a couple of quick things to check:

  1. How are you trying to trigger the bot? Make sure you're @mentioning it (e.g., @Clawdbot your question here) — "hatch" might not be the right trigger word.

  2. Check your Discord permissions: The bot needs "Send Messages" and "Read Message History" in the channel.

  3. Is the model properly configured? Run moltbot model to verify the OpenAI model is set correctly.

Once you give me the version, I can dig deeper into the docs if needed! 🦐

send me the files at ~/.openclaw/logs

#

usually when I get this response it is an issue with the provider rather than openclaw (like quota limits)

How do I do this

Put that in and Nothing happened

~/.openclaw/logs

#

Do I control + c to get out first?

#

No such file or directory

#

I’m doing this on AWS btw

No matter what I use, openAI or KIMI it says the same thing
