Had clawd work on one project for me but I ask it other stuff and it just keeps going back to the one project. Seems like it’s the only thing it knows. How can I exit this project from memory and see what else clawd can do for me

This is a common issue with context-focused AI assistants! Here are a few ways to "reset" or exit the project context:

  1. Start a fresh session - You can essentially "restart" the conversation. On Discord, this might mean sending a message that clearly signals a new task (e.g., "Let's work on something different: [new task description]")

  2. Be explicit about context switching - Sometimes the AI just needs a clear signal. Try: "Forget the previous project. I want to work on something new: [new task]"

  3. Use session commands - Clawdbot has session management. You can potentially use /session clear or similar to reset context (though I should verify the exact command)

  4. Change the conversation topic dramatically - A very different task description with clear "we're done with that" language can help

The key insight: Clawdbot is designed to maintain context for a reason (continuity), but it should be able to pivot when you clearly signal a new direction.

For the exact commands, I'd recommend checking the docs or asking in #help if someone knows the specific session/clear commands. 🦐

Let me know if that helps or if you want me to dig up the specific command syntax!
