The & symbol and names aren't translated (idk if it's a mistake)
"Настройки" is just not a word that people use relating to settings in games. "Налаштування" or "налаштунки" are much more preferable options
The place at the top where the name of the language is displayed is just "У" for... some reason
I'm not sure how much of a mistake this is but spaces are waaayyy too big than it's preferable
"Auto" isn't translated
"Випадкова" is a word in a femenine form relating to femenine words. As I understand, it relates to characters, so it should be "випадковий" because the word "character" in Ukrainian ("персонаж") is a masculine word

also name is "strength of spirit". nitpick, but if you can go literal with no cost, why not...

Another problem that I failed to capture with a screenshot: the loading tips (if you can call them that) use informal "you" (like thy in English) while everywhere else the formal "you" is used
Usually games use formal "you" but Nuclear Throne is such a weird game and has a lot of informal language that I think informal "you" would sute it better

Another undocumented mistranslation: the "oh dear" line in the loading screen is translated as "ой, люба" wich means "oh honey" or something like that. The word "люба" is something that you'd call your wife

I think this is a good reference to keep, this game is all about nuclear mutants
keeping that reference for the Ukrainian translation seems appropriate: D
It's also just nice to see it right beside another ultra called "anomaly"
