this has happened to me twice but i thought the first time was a mod, basically (how i think it's activated) it's by equipping the night vision goggles and then saving and exiting the game, then opening the game again and that save will lead to this. This only has happened to me with the blue night vision goggles so idk if it applies to the red and green versions

hey! are you sure this is not related to loading a save from the previous version? unfortunately saves from older versions aren't compatible with the latest update and this is exactly how such saves load

will you fix this in the next version? i had the same black screen bug aswell
only the facillity is affected with this, 1499 works fine
you can still use nvg to see in the facility
