hmmm, I'm not sure what the intended behavior here would be. I think being able to set the FOV outside of the normal range via commands is fun for experimentation and stuff and this just inevitably causes the slider to misbehave
go fuck around with 096 with that FOV. I'm curious
yeah true but maybe you could clamp the slider to make sure even if its past 90, it doesn't go past the bounds

try triggering him with the side of the screen as much as possible
like as far away from the center of the screen as possible

no, i think going beyond the limits using console commands is ok, the question is whether the slider should handle this gracefully or whether it should just go past its bounds
the jank and funny GUI bugginess is in fact endearing, though some nitpick fanatics might lose their minds. Either flip a coin, or go with what you like
