Black Sakura are building a long-term competitive EU Overwatch 2 team focused on structured improvement, teamwork, and consistent competitive growth.
Our goal is to create a stable and disciplined roster that develops together over time, building strong fundamentals, communication, and synergy. We are not focused on short-term stacking, but on building a committed team capable of competing in scrims, FACEIT League, and community tournaments while steadily improving toward higher-level competition.
A key part of our vision is to help players develop their individual skills, gain competitive experience, and get noticed within the EU scene through consistent performance and structured team play.
We aim to create a positive, improvement-focused environment where motivated players can grow both individually and as a team, with a strong emphasis on accountability, learning, and long-term development.
We are currently recruiting:
4k+/GM+ Players (all roles)
Coaches (VOD review, strategy, team development)
Managers (organization, scheduling, team coordination)
