Helloo, I''m sorry in advance for this post because this is not something that I have an idea on how to reproduce or where does this come from.

I've installed Tracearr mainly to track media's size and content ROI. This is great and really helpful. But sometimes, when a media is imported, it is shown as 0 bytes and quality unknown and I don't know how to fix it. It happened on 3 of my medias, then someday 2 got recognized I have no idea why, and I still have this one that is bothering me (see screenshot). The 0 bytes and unknown quality is shown in Library -> Storage -> Stale Content. YET the size is correct in Content ROI.

Jellyfin also recognize the media with correct size and quality.

All my medias are exclusively imported through radarr/sonarr and using hardlinks. I kinda need to have an idea where to look out for clues :)

Here the details of my setup :

  • Tracearr v1.4.18
  • Using Kubernetes with Docker Engine on Fedora Asahi Linux
  • Haven't found anything relevant in the log file

the rebuild was really quick, a second or two, but it hasn't fixed the media

It would drop after the nightly sync otherwise - but if its showing up it's an item that is being reported at 0 size

What show / movie is it? Can you provide additional context?

I just fixed an issue where "collections" were appearing

but everything is so redacted that I cant say if that would fix this

It is the show frieren, it might be related with me trying to change the naming convention on folders with sonarr, I think I tried on that show.

I have update metatadata on jellyfin and sync multiple times tho.

I am currently trying to delete the whole content and metadata related on jellyfin and importing back to see if that would fix.

i'm seeing a similar issue, esp w/ collections. I assume that's in one of the beta builds and will out soon(tm).
