It depends on what's truly being added or changed, because if they are adding like a new province, that's not huge, but it's big, however if it's something as simple as "freshening up the trade system" or "improvements to backend systems" then that's them saying bs

To me, I think that it's still up to what they decide to actually do. Nothing is officially confirmed nor denied so there is a chance this has Merritt to being '2.0' but there is also chance that there is no Merritt in it being '2.0'

Not that I'm attempting to cause an uproar, I'm simply stating that there are uncertainty a clearly conveyed in the way they worded their sentence. In order for it to be facts, it would be in the form of: "This update will provide mostly backend updates, because (insert your evidence here)" saying "your a veteran player" is not a form of evidence since being a long time player doesn't mean you know everything regarding a particular subject, in this case the update.

Evidence also needs to be concrete. Because saying "This update will only be backend updates because in the past they have talked an update much bigger than what actually came." Would not be truly concrete, as it has the chance that this case is an exception.
