Mage is.good,.but for low skill point u may want something like.mana lence for short.cooldown combine with arcane stroke

depend on which class and what u want, if u are warrior u may prefer offhand shield, but for other class usaully use mainhand shield

warrior have some skill require use shield, and it's playstyle make offhand shield useful, but for other class other offhand item can give more stat they need
