what I'm trying to say is for these sorts of loopholes, ofcourse one mod doing all the action shouldnt happen but they can take advice from other mods too for situations like this

mutes on discord and bans ingame are very different, so I understand being a bit more lax with it, not that thats alright but at a certain point you have to be realistic

fair enough but still, if this problem escalated to a point a discord server had to be made, maybe mods have to step in to deal with the problem no?

its a lot easier for mods to look at a message someone sends in discord thats against the rules and mute than for them to listen to both sides of, lets say, a scamming allegation, look at trade logs, get other mods opinions, etc etc and come to a 100% conclusion of whos telling the truth

whatever happens, I've given up most hope on this server anyway for improvement, and have just moved on and am working on my own projects, so yeah at this point I don't even care if they punish ppl or not
