most legendary wands between like lvl 18 and 30 have 70-80 dps

that thing would have like, 85 ish

meanwhile if I dont misrecall I checked lvl 80-100 legendary wands and the dps around 90 is like, 300

while lunar spine has 400

so the damage is high, lunar spine's damage is high

it's just bad cuz of the gimmick

tho at low level you could use it for melee since you arent losing out on tierstacking or anything, that's just not a thing at the level

"neutral alone" is absolutely terrible

it does have melee%, spell% and water/air dmg, but it also has -lifesteal and -hpregen and drains your mana when steals dont proc

...just like lunar spine

point is its probably not nearly as overpowered as you might think

though to keep in the spirit of low lvl I could've reduced both of the manas more

-10 regen still like, leads into the same result in the end

if you only get 10 mana instead of full per steal
