[Powder Specials (T6 as base)]
Quake: An AoE melee hit with a 6.4 block radius and a 4.15x multiplier of melee damage, includes raw melee. Starts at 1.55x multiplier with 4.4 block radius and improves by .65x multiplier and .5 blocks per level
Chain Lightning: 3.0x multiplier of melee damage, includes raw melee. Each successive chain hit will decrease damage by 0.2x. Starts at 5 chains and 2x multiplier and improves by 0.25x multiplier and 1 chain per level.
Curse: +210% Spell/Melee damage for 9 seconds. Is additive to spell/melee% ids, and adds +2.1x poison damage. Applies in an AoE of ~4 blocks. Starts at +90% spell/melee with 7 second duration and improves by 30% and 0.5 seconds per level
Courage: +150% Spell/Melee damage for 8 seconds. Is additive to spell/melee% ids, and adds +1.5x poison damage. Applies in an AoE of ~4 blocks. Hit that applies creates a pseudo-quake with a 1.25x melee multiplier. Starts at +70% spell/melee with 6 second duration and improves by 20% and 0.5 seconds per level. Melee multiplier starts at 0.75x (deals less than a normal melee hit) and improves by 0.15x per level.
Wind Prison: levitates and freezes enemies and adds +600% air damage for one hit, after which the prison breaks. Knocks back enemies when hit. Poison ticks will break the wind prison (including negative poison). Starts at +400% air damage with 3 second duration and improves by 50% and 0.5 seconds per level.

[Amplifier Boost Formula]
Formulas give a boost according to the formula
Roll+((1.3-Roll)*Boost)
So that the better a roll you would've gotten regardless, the less the effective boost is. Essentially corkian amps just work to set a floor for how low ids can be.
For example, if you're rolling an item with 100 Base Raw Spell using a Corkian Amp 2 (10% Boost), and get a 0.9x Roll (90 Raw Spell), you would have 100x(0.9+((1.3-0.9)x0.10)) = 94 Raw Spell or a 0.9 to 0.94 increase in roll.
[Wynncraft item IDs Rolling]
Range from 30% to 130% of the base ID
<=100% is zero stars
=101% is one star
=125% is two stars
130% (perfect) is three stars
Negative IDs range from 70% to 130% and don't have any stars
Spellcosts are the exception- negative spellcosts = positive effect & have stars.
Due to rounding you can still have a perfect stat without 3 stars. However, the roll% is what persists across nerfs/buffs so only a 3 star roll will stay perfect forever.
[Crafted Roll Probability]
Roll probability in crafteds is treated in the same way as roll probability in regular, non-crafted items, except that the roll probability is calculated on each ingredient before adding up the overall roll probability:
Select a base integer from 1-100.
Convert base integer into corresponding value.
Round to the nearest corresponding value of the ingredient.
If there is any ingredient effectiveness, apply it and round down.
For example, given an ingredient "with values 2-4, 25 base integer values fall between 2-2.5, 50 base integer values fall between 2.5-3.5, and 25 base integer values fall between 3.5-4". This then corresponds to a 25% chance of obtaining a value of 2, 50% chance of a value of 3, and 25% chance of obtaining a value of 4

Every hit (Including spell hits and poison ticks) you have a chance to get an emerald based on your stealing%, however there's a cooldown in place based on your modified attack speed.
