yeah i understand that, but it should make sense if tier 2 only give you epic cosmetics, like 0% for rare in tier 2 crates and lower probability for higher tiers like godly and black market

I promise you the game isn't specifically rigged for you to only get rares from t2 crates, this is more likely a combination of you remembering the times you got unlucky a lot better than the other times due to humans working like that. Also if you opened 10 t2 crates and got all rare which I doubt it's not unreasonably unlikely

Brotha i got 15 epics from 20 t4 crates. That is some abyssmal dogshit luck and this has been my type of rng ever since the first festival in 2021. I think you're fine to get a few rares from a t2 lol

this is not happening, and should NOT happen either

you cannot get rares from scrapping, and rare cosmetics are sometimes (or even oftentimes) the last you still don't have from a crate

and if someone wants 3 pets of each, then getting 3 of a certain rare pet is almost certainly the last thing that "remains" in that crate

the suggestion itself is a pretty extreme jump to make, crates are pretty delicate for changes since people often pay irl money for those

that can harm profits in the long run due to how easily people can amass rare items and then never bother buying crates afterwards
