Some people get stuck on interacting with puzzles and ultimates due to their F key being bound to something else that isn't default.
A solution could be that Ultimates that say "Not Bound" become "Offhand Key Not Bound", and for puzzles like the one in a Fruma quest, instead of "F to swap TNT size" make em "F(Offhand) to swap TNT size".
