that's Wynntils bugging out, the Tool Merchant is no longer in that location. (I don't know where it was moved to)

I went to this tool merchant to test if my oak planks were bugged

because the gather oak miniquest doesnt work atm

just a little wooden arrow or a book you can click with a hint towards the new location

yeah gathering quests are bugged, that's a known issue I don't know the full extent of

is it all of them, cause I did the sky ones just fine on release but that was before the patch I think

im tryna completionist and 2 of the secret discoveries in wynn plains are broken, the ghost soldier that leads u to the sewer wasnt spawning, and the minecart in abandoned mines explodes at the corner after the lava so u cant get it to the end (tried 3 times keeps exploding same spot)
