Question about bugs in general: how are those being addressed? Are those bugs getting fixed for everyone? Or do u guys sometimes try and reset progress on reporting people?

Like, quest softlockz: do u guys help every single user that reports by putting them back from the quest, or do u guys wait for a complete fix to be pushed? I need to know if my first softlock just magically solved itself, if it was fixed (apparently someone still has this issue), or anything else was made

I'm keen towards the problem oddly fixing itself on a rare occasion

I mostly wanna know this so i can be 100% sure spamming /char /hub /kill for hours is gonna be helpful or not
