Add a functionality to skip all the dialogue from a particular NPC at once

I'm not sure if this has already been suggested before, if so then im sorry for saying it again.
Add a functionality where you can press a button to skip all the dialogue from a particular NPC at once, instead of having so spam shift many times in a row or hold shift.

This is to make it easier to do a quest when skipping dialogue because sometimes you have already done a quest on another class or something and dont need to experience the lore again.

For example normally if you want to skip the dialogue of an NPC with 12 different pages or dialogue tabs idk what to call them, you have to click shift 12 times or hold shift. But how I am suggesting it you should have the option to skip straight to the 12th one.

Additionally, sometimes if you hold shift too fast on an NPC it can bug and make you redo the dialogue again, which can be annoying.
