Ive just done the first two fruma quests on 2 new characters and it will not let me past the auburn forest. I remeber hearing that you would only need to complete a queens recruit and a journey home to have full accsess to fruma if you had done all mainline quests on another character (which i have done). Is this intentional? if it is could we maybe change that and if its not sorry for posting in this thread. thanks.

Yea the only locked thing is the passage from espren to roughworks I can fly over the wall and have access to everthing else like the citadel
