Toxoplasmosis is a really bad mythic, and it doesn't help that it can't be offhanded by another Earth mythic because aftershock is low leveled. Heres some suggestions that might fix it:

Healing reduction Major ID.
Toxo has a major id that grants healing reduction. An issue with toxo is that right now, it does too low of a base dps to be considered for single target. Something like healing reduction would be very good for bosses that tend to heal alot, like annihilation or orphion. This shouldnt be a requirement, but perhaps, this allows bosses to have increased healing in the future, something dangerous requiring dps, but allowing toxo to contribute something. -
Poison Detonation.
Toxo has an issue where the weapon cannot be suitable for defense and offensive purposes due to not requiring the least bit of main attack or spell damage to deal max damage. Something like this could change it, where a % of your main attack damage will detonate poison damage, causing it to instantly tick. This can also factor into weapon attackspeed, just like lifesteal and manasteal. This at least grants more creativity in builds, but be careful as making primarily hmelee could close more doors than it can open. -
Focused single target Major ID.
Plague major id is very niche, and poison builds got kind of destroyed. To fix this, plague could be changed to where instead, poison you use will hit the first enemy it sees with an extra multiplier (could be based off earth damage%) and it will spread to nearby enemies after that, but at the same time diffusing the poison. This nerfs the AOE of toxo while making it single target compatible. To make this balanced, nerf toxo's overall poison and grant it this new Major ID. Plague should only trigger on main attack, as aura with this would be too dangerous.
