It‘s pretty clear at this point that the way Anni gives out rewards will not be changed out of a fear of alt abuse.
I don’t want to contest that with this thread either, just to be clear. I don’t think giving out Anni mythics more often is good if their value is to be preserved.
What I personally believe is a bit of a tragedy, is that Anni, arguably one of Wynn‘s coolest, most well-designed and mechanically interesting bosses is locked behind a 3 day timer (+Timezone RNG). This really just means that you‘re unable to access some of the most interesting gameplay what feels like 95% of your playtime. Getting one attempt every three days is especially tragic for anyone trying to genuinely learn and ultimately solo the boss at no real advantage to themselves.
So what I’m suggesting is that the ability to fight he boss and the world event, with all the rewards attached it, could be disconnected from one another.
I’d go about implementing this by allowing players to start a sort of “minor world event“ for a small fee of some runes or LE that effectively imitates a real world event, but awards no end reward chest, experience or content completion. The “real” world event would still happen once every ~3.5 days, offering rewards only to those who manage to beat it then.
Now I’m aware that there would be some dev time attached to this, depending on how hard to modify all the related systems are in terms of their code (Might be a problem? Wynn‘s internal code does not seem to follow basic object oriented programming logic), but I believe this would both make Anni accessible as actual content while also keeping the issue of alts in check.
If I’ve missed- or am unaware of anything in regards to why this would not be realistic, I’d be really happy if anyone actually in charge of designing these systems could let me know!
Anyways, thanks for your time and have a great day!

so this is never getting considered anyways xd
