Consider Adding Blizzard Blaster as a Spear Major Id

I agree Blizzard Blaster was too powerful for an event trinket or even trinket in general, and having such a powerful movement option available to all classes was flawed. On warrior however, it filled an important gap in its movement kit by providing them with a consistent vertical movement option which is important in some lootruns.

I believe adding a Major Id specifically meant for vertical movement (similar to how Termorcaller is amazing for optional horizontal Movement), would be great.

Summoner not having exceptional movement feels justified since it's high dps and often takes Rebound anyway so BC is accessible, but ritualist needs a better movement ability from Heretic.

if there was an elegant way to make it toggleable then a node would be fine, but shift already triggers fast fall for warrior so it would be unusable while flying around (the entire point), and having it constantly active would mean you'd be in the air way too long between upper cuts while fighting.
