Slow impact: Meteor speed is decreased by 50%, decrease dmg of meteor/ophanim by 1% for each additional WS, increase DMG of meteor by x3
Freezing icicle: enemies affected by freezing sigil will generate an icicle in their head, hitting it with ophanim will explode it, dealing 50% Water dmg + 30% air dmg (10 seconds CD for each enemy) and healing allies near the enemy for 10% of water dmg
Paralysis: Casting teleport won't activate it, instead it will activate after 3 seconds, after casting it, gain 10% resistance for 4 seconds (10 seconds cooldown)
