~~Think I figured out what killed archer... 2.0.3
This change happened too soon I think based on all the laby issues that followed in 2.1.
"The ability tree has swapped the placements of the Trapper and Sharpshooter archetypes, now giving the Boltslinger archetype access to some Trapper features without having to go though Sharpshooter."
Maybe this change should be reversed, since it kills synergy for sharp with bolt, which activly limits its movement abilities. (Which I know was done since focus, phantom beam guardian angles was broken until 2.0.3. But it also crippled archer for over 2.5 years outside of niches like epoch and eventully laby. (Also bolt basically has all movement upgrades rn, stormy feet, leap, frenzy and arrow hurricane. (Recoil tech)~~just a bad idea.
Also regarding archers current tree I have several ideas, on how to improve it.
first I think phantom hover should be moved higher up into the skill tree.
Second Fierce stop should be moved from bolt to sharp.
Next I think 2 more ability nodes should be added. 1. An upgrade to escape that incrised the velocity of the jump, and incrises the distance traveled by 30%.
2. An ability node to incrised jump height and walkspeed. (Making it more like acrobat)
