So Fruma has been delayed again and you were offering positions in the staff for people to work on the update.
My question is why have detailed applications for all the positions but if you actually want to get paid for them you have to send out your resume?
Would it make more sense to fill out the apps and send out an email that you're looking for a paid position?

not so long time ago, most CT was volunteer, which meant that they didn't recieved any money, the ones recieving money aren't volunteers, they are workers and since that is a formal position, they need to follow a job application proccedure

I feel like you mostly join the wynncraft team as a passion thing, and you get payed for roles that require significant investment or skill, and it probably varies quite a bit individually. Unless you're one of the 3 devs its probably not your actual job
And like having important info in title can be nice when you're going through a lot of job postings, but this is their own platform, with like 3 jobs, with all the info if you take 3 mins to read, and it keeps the title clean
