#raid practice

This doesnt seem fun, professional raiders must suffer with the new come
i’d love raid practice but i feel like there should be a solo option too for the boss
rooms might not be possible but it’d be nice for the boss
i disagree with the solo option of a boss, the whole point of raid is to do it as a teamwide content, with the advantages and disadvantages and making it a solo activity would not only mean a lot of dev time but also is unrequited since we have a lot of content dedicated to solo bosses like qira, LI, dungeons and Boss altars
that’s a fair point but most of those options are pretty outdated, LI is really the only one that people might regularly do afaik. lootrunning seems to be the main solo activity rn which is why i feel like a solo raid boss practice would be fun
also a chance to try new builds or get better at the boss without screwing over your teammates
yea exactly, it’s hard to do that when you’re prolly more focused on actually staying alive lmao
Raid practice will literally increase the quality of pfinder, especially for those in guilds who want to GRaid more than just Grootslang
Because doing GRaid NoL, TCC, and occasionally TNA can be very painful when your team doesn't know what to do about the bosses' new attacks, or even just boss sequences like Orphion's Sun and Black Hole, or Parasite entirely
Like I get it's "inexpensive" to get 1 rune from TM, but the cost of raiding and doing 3 other challenges only to have another shot at a boss that has so much HP and does so much damage has to be inefficient and infuriating if you're a slow learner
ngl I see the argument for it but I think it ruins the immersion too much
I feel like having the tutorial rooms accessible anywhere is a much better solution
and also considering the massive amount of dev time this would take I don't think it would be worth it
Does this look like we want this idea to be made within the next week
Of course it's an idea for post-fruma
and it's just copy pasting a raid boss in an instance where you can solo it and fight it without consequence or reward
yea i think it would do more good than harm for sure
I think the most important thing to practice is just boss patterns and dmg checks
