Notes:

helmet and chestplate will be replaced at lvl 10 so t1 mats and poor rolls are still viable,
legging will either be replace at lvl 10 or will be used until lvl 20 so depending on which you choose the rolls may either be very important or almost worthless,
boots will be replaced by silken slippers at lvl 10 so t1 mats and poor rolls are still viable,
accessories will be replaced at lvl 25 and so for now feel free to use lower tier mats,
if accessories roll worse than rarity(9%) or secret(7%) replace those accessories with them, 
weapon is entirely replacable this is just to look funny
