I'm down to moderate shouts or add a filter as long as it isnt too aggressive (or fuck it, make it as aggressive as you want, I dont buy shouts trollge) but it's going to require some manpower regardless, slapping a filter on it will prevent a few cases but if someone wants to, they can circumvent it and you'll need someone to deal with that
