Let me remove/change the people in my recruitment list.

You know that button above the skill point tree that lets you recruit players to get some money, and an exclusive Bee Wybel pet? The one that gives you a permanent XP bonus to both of you whenever you are both online? Let me fix the mistakes I made 7 years ago. Let me change it and add people I ACTUALLY care about instead and not the randoms I talked to on Skype for 3 days.

Either way I want to remove people from that list. I do not need a permanent reminder of all the people I will never play with ever again

oh, that's kind of mid and probably not something that should be re-assignable, then, since it would primarially become a cheeky way to farm more guild xp, rather than a way to encourage bonding

As long as it's a flat % bonus and not multiplicative it's fine imo. Literally less impactful than a singular XP scroll.

Also, have a ridiculously long cool down so it's not abused. Like you can only remove individual people after 6 months have passed since you added them
