AS servers having weird lag problems

For a portion of asia players they have approximately 400-500 ping despite living in Asia(even directly next to the server). The pattern of this happening is rather quite unknown, and these asia players are forced to EU and NA because those regions have less ping( approximately 200 for EU and a little more than that for NA). The AS server supplier may be worth looked into.

and disclaimer it is not spike lag, it is consistently high ping

guys since the as server capacity expansion I personally don't run into this problem anymore

should i make a ticket? i mainly only experience bad lag when im in na/eu servers (cant check if it happens in as because raids dont queue)

no its the case when im just charging around in AS as well

i've made a ticket before and moderators will need to ensure its not ur personal issue but its the server's problem to do anything about it

Yeah, usually my lag is from the server (because my ping is fine on other servers, games and on the internet in general). Need to make sure it's not me before I make a ticket I guess

can you provide a screenshot of ur download speed in kb on the left on ur screen as well that could possibly help on the diagnosis on the issue.
