everything in fallen's kit relies on healing efficiency unless you just like make intox and exhil 50% of health and just remove heff from its calculations
if there was a change i could do to balance out how much healing efficiency and aspects affect fallen i would buff hemorrhage to be .225% and make aspect -0.075%
or .2% and make aspect -0.05%
and buff rally to be 10% health and keep everything else the same
Latter looks a lot cleaner
it would lessen the gap between aspect and non-aspect players while keeping it rewarding and desirable
i think if you wanted rally to not be so like beneficial to team then make cleansing breeze make it affect allies
or make it 7.5% and with cleansing breeze you get 10% healing and affect allies
if people wanted fallen to make concessions to access better healing this would be the way to do it, not trying to brute-force its only realistic option out
ngl exhil base 30% and like added 20% unaffected by he% scaled by how deep corrupted you get before exiting could be something? Like reaching 90%corrupted
i dont like the thought of free healing for corrupting

and i think if you want to put somethign on AT you can't just give people something that provides as much accessibility as rally but on AT because then you have the issue of like the restrictive nature of rally items just being completely gone

ive played a decent amoutn of full etw fallen this patch that sustains super well and im gonna tell you it is NOT healthy at all
like seriously it is so stupid in rooms you sustain for so long that you full heal and in boss you dont get any of that shit and you sustain by potting

upon casting bloodlust you also shoot out 3 corrupted skulls, each healing a fixed 10% when picked up(requires turning them into wither skulls from skeleton ones)
wish we can tag bosses somehow to give intox healing based off that btu idk
i dont like tying healing on fallen to corrupted
i like it so people cant just snag so much healing off taking a few early bmonk nodes, i prefer something deep in
healing only from corrupted would only work if you only spent helath in corrupted
which would completely kill 0 mana builds and would be horrible to implement in my opinion
it woudl also completely ruin paladin build diversity

idk i think if you move air shout into a lower node and make the AT so that like you have to give up bloodlust/hemorrhage for air shout it would actually balance it

make hemorrhage 0.2%, aspect .05%, make air shout require a choice between hemorrhage and air shout and you actually just balance it a lot more i think

i think you swap positions of air shout and whirlwind, make whirlwind a blue node, make air shout a red node, change whirlwind to trigger when you shift instead of the other way around, or add some sort of toggle like shift swap hands to toggle whirlwind or soemthing
you make whirlwind not super ass to take, more accessible, make air shout harder to get so theres real tradeoffs for a high damage ability
would make it a bit annoying to shift with charge actually so maybe just make it a toggle
never cook again

It's Like 1 second off being full hp before corrupt cd ends and that's with mid rolls on bbath and apoc(like 300 ls less than max on both) plus I could have done Mt first melee out of corrupt with apoc to get more ls plus charge chain faster
Either way it's scuffed as shit and hard to pull off without a shit ton of ws in raids lol

why? Its only big due to mage being popular
if you were to do a chart per class it would look quite balanced with fallen no longer being so overused compared to other warrior classes
for clarity how does this data parse people running multiple archetypes like an Acolyte with Ritualist masks for example
the way this works is thru a google form where data collectors usually look at the tree themselves and decide from there
we have an automated system made by nhk that like approximates a tree by looking at if specific nodes are taken, i.e. enraged blow 2 since palafallen is unlikely to take it
and things like awaken specifically make it identify you as ritualist
the data collectors are also usually like super experienced raiders so they are usually experienced enough to recognize different trees
