Empty nest doesn't work with recent lootrun changes

Empty nest Spawns a ring of ranged mobs, a ring of swarm mobs and 1 miniboss per wave, this was harder than most other defend challenges but worked fine with defend challenges' previous 60 second timer and the high enough hp on the Eggs that you defend.

But with the Egg's hp being lowered after defend challenges' timer got cut in half, the actual difficulty of the mobs that spawn got quite noticable.

And now with the Egg's hp being scaled down even more and with the mobs spawning more frequently,
the difficulty of the mobs that spawn has become apparent:
They were designed for a lootrun challenge in which a wave spawns every 10 seconds and the Egg's hp was much higher, but that's not how it is anymore.

The breaking point was how waves spawn faster now, the mobs in this challenge just aren't balanced for that, like cmon 1 burst ranged miniboss per wave just doesnt work anymore.

SUGGESTIONS

lower the amount of mobs that spawn and make the miniboss spawn every OTHER wave, also the Eggs before all thse lootrun changes ALREADY had lower hp compared to other def challenges, so i suggest increasing their hp.
Thats all folks, this challenge sucks after challenge 12

i always assumed it was a miniboss cause its close to the same level as the floating void guys in debris of furcation

its got more HP yeah but its not rlly a miniboss, it also only ever targets the player, never the eggs

well in my experience lol it might be bc i use super glassy builds so they both feel the same.

ill reduce the max amnt of mobs that can spawn in this challenge, and maybe nerf airship HP a bit

Another thing is cause of how much mobs there are, if you focus on the ranged mobs then theres already 5 or 8 mobs swarming the eggs while you're distraced, and vis versa, you already said you'd lower the amount of mobs i just wanted to give you more reasoning

the airship is funny, because its technically a ranged mob but it has an attack rate of 2147483647. this actually works opposite to how you'd think, so it never actually uses its basic attack. only spells

yeah it just cycles arrow storm and throws a meteor every once in a while

it might have similar problems, but it's arena is larger so the swarm mobs take more time to well swarm and theres less ranged mobs, idk but yeah i'm repeating myself but it might have the same problems

is there any chance you can look into the melting architecture challenge, me personally i think the mobs spawn too frequently and since they spawn so spread out with some hiding halfway on the stairs and/or peeking from behind the structure making it becomes super overwhelming even early in the lr lol. ty 🙏

Is there a possibility that the areas in which the sky island challenges like the slay quest will get reworked? I feel like they are all really cluttered n hard to see where the mobs are. Specifically talking about like Raider’s palace or whatever but that mission feels awful to do sometimes 💔

It already kinda was cleaned up, but yeah its still not great. Lots of neutral mobs and random bullshit in the way.
Though honestly, im probably not gonna touch it for the time being because I dont wanna pull any resources away from Fruma, but it'll definitely be a topic of discussion whenever I circle back around to Sky

ye ty, i dont know why but in sky theres a lot of areas where theres holes n all in the ground where you can just fall down or mobs fall down n its hard to find to easily move on to the next wave. Even on like the comet missions n like taht phanta what mission, i forgot the exact name, some mobs can fling you n send you down off the side n you end up taking a lot of fall damage for no reason which is very annoying

its good tho ye, dedicating resources to fruma first, this is more of a minor concern

but unfortunately this makes sky islands a very annoying camp to run for me, i prefer camps like corkus or lutho much more 🥀
