As you can see you can soft lock trade market slots...
Also the number to "hard lock" a slot is 972/975 depending on how much le you have to withdraw. This is due to an empty inventory plus an empty account bank only giving you 974 slots. Meanwhile items like this can be bought in bulk.

This issue seems to stem from the change which prevented overflow items from falling onto the ground.

I have a few suggestions to midgate this issue
First make it so trade market slots can be withdrawed to the class bank pages alongside tve account bank pages. [this would allow you to withdraw large amounts without ruining your account wide bank pages] While in turn adding 450 more slots for champion ranked players.
Second I would suggest allowing items to be withdrawn to a misc bucket in a simaler manner to characture bank pages.
Third I would suggest maybe capping the unstackable item buyorder limit from 64-256 items, to ensure its impossible to "hard lock" trade market slots which cant be withdrawn when completed or expired. I love that we can bulk order them now unlike in the past... but It does lead to some issues.
Lastly, I would suggest perhaps allowing the player to force the trade market to allow you to drop items on the floor, since while the change is generally a massive impormvent, it does lead to edge cases... [maybe a trash can incon in the trade market which if clicked and confirmed causes the orders items to fall onto the ground.]

[also yes I bought 500 t1 pouches so i could destroy them]
