Okay a quick idea i had just now, since hoarder and mat are honestly quite similar, maybe hoarder could work like mat?
WHAT I MEAN IS maybe hoarder makes blue beacons not appear anymore? this would be a hoarder nerf i know but it would lower the clutter in beacon selections which is very qol, plus you know i'm never gonna take a blue ever again after getting hoarder.

yes and no cause of the qol it brings, it might make 5 beacon choices at once impossible when combined with mat but oh wellllll

I mean sometimes the mission is so dumb, that I can't even complete it in 12 Challenges 
and when I can finish it than it is at the last Challenge where it doesn't get counted

It is a buff, since it takes out blue beacon so less rng involve when rolling new beacons
