ngl i dont understand most utility trinklets, the only purpose i can think of this does is changing agro and thats about it right? or is there anything im not thinking of?

Utility trinkets from events are only supposed to be minor buffs but this can be life saving
i mean.. ppl would prob use the well and the totem over this tho ngl. and since cooldown between utility trinklets are shared (iirc), i dont think it would be too useful
and u cant really use it with enemies with projectiles since they would still hit u, especially since u are in 1 place while frozen
tho i can see ppl using this to change agro in greg but the 5 min cd is very high, so yeah i guess reducing it would make it more useful
this item is (whether intentionally or unintentionally) very similar to the Epic item Annilys from Monumenta, which is a lot more forgiving with how much power it allows this type of item to have, especially with epics. Annilys has a 6 minute cooldown. i would actually say this is very forgiving and honestly maybe even too strong for a wynn trinket
(for context, Annilys freezes the player and makes them immune to damage for 5 seconds, then goes on cooldown for 6 minutes. it's basically the same thing, maybe worse even since im not sure it makes enemies deaggro you. its also a very expensive item)
the gun is also very similar to the one in monu as well

never really got far into monu but the two games are definetely different enough that the "same" item would work better in one than the other
i really dont think the stasis cube would be abused too much even with a lesser cooldown but i suppose its better to not risk having it too good

annillys in that game had to get disabled for a boss fight bc it was too annoying to work around
it's basically a get out of jail free card u can use once per fight and u can heal up and get cds reset while in stasis
obv u won't heal up too much with this 2sec cd but it is still op asf for avoiding a big boss attack like roar in nol

no not really
how this works is it makes you invisible to mobs. this means that any attacks those mobs do will not hurt you
however there are attacks that bypass this
and those are not super clear that they would do that

generally speaking its so we can make strong effects that are good for a part of the year and less strong for the rest

the blaster really doesn't. It does 7 blocks of vertical kb
like it's good as a mini escape and REALLY complements archer more
i really like it but i think it might be too good on classes that dont care abt losing effects from swapping off your mainhand

tbf that's only archer and shaman really.
like they're the only 2 classes who really benefit majorly from it. The rest it's a small benefit but their movement spells make up for it.
Archer sometimes you need a boost to escape, or in boltslingers case i found once you get good at it, the blaster really complements leap.
idk how it works on monumenta but i feel like the problem is that it also puts every other utility trinklet on 5 minute cooldown too, and it cant be used if u have a differennt utility trinklet is active
if having multiple utility trinklet abilities at once is too op, maybe make it so if u use another utility trinklet, the previous one's effects will dissapear and it will go to cooldown
so lets say i have totem active rn, and i want to make the boss stop agroing me, when i use the statis cube, the totem will dissapear and it will go onto it's 1 min and 30 second cooldown
