dr legendary has a lot of room to improve. he seems to have a really high skill ceiling but just dies way too fast. a base health increase would help him keep up with Theorick a lot

irlok is there cuz the nerfs kinda nuked him, but i dont care because he was so frustrating to fight

hailey and rickeo are in good spots

tom’s mostly there because he has a crazy high skill ceiling alongside just generally really good damage output. he can easily dominate a game in the right hands and i’d argue is the best character since the irlok nerf

theorick’s shield is balanced but very important to play around. blocking abilities and shots/attacks with the shield is far more impactful than the disruptiveness of Legendary.

Gawrick’s simply a bit overtuned since the buffs, but he is super fun to play. he’s not that much stronger than hailey imo, but it’s enough of a difference to warrant the tier difference
